 Park Street Patio Weigh in
2009-08-05 If you have never experienced an official mma weigh-in live; tonight is your opportunity to see what these athletes have to go through just to make weight for their fight. ThePark Street Patio/ ICFA weigh ins will begin at 8pm at Park Street Patio at 533 Park Street Patio in the Arena District. Come see the ICFA professional fighters literally drop everything to lose weight and make it to their proper weight division. Tickets will be given out for the ICFA XII event at the weigh-ins if you have not pre purchased a ticket.

 $20,000 up for grabs
2009-07-30 The ICFA will feature the best amateur athletes looking to become professional fighters. ICFA and Guard Fight Gear present “Last Man Standing” tournament series were amateur fighters of a specific weight class will battle each other in a tournament elimination form where the final fight with the last two fighters will be their debut professional fight. The tournament will be over a period of 5 months. The winner of the final bout will earn a $20,000 contract with the ICFA.
The next Last Man Standing tournament will be for the 145LB weight class.

2009-06-26 In the ICFA pro series the 1st fight up was between Mark Enix and Rodney Carter. Training in Mansfield, Enix is new to mma but not new to full contact fighting. At 38 years old, most of his adult life was a professional boxer and kick boxer where he had many wins via knock outs. In his first mma bout he fought a wrestler and was not only able to survive the ground attacks but won in the 3rd round via TKO. Enix faced Rodney carter for his 2nd mma bout on June 19th.
